2. Consultation Bookings & Payments
Fees: Consultation fees (e.g., $47 for a 30-minute virtual session) are clearly displayed on our landing page and checkout forms. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Due to the time reserved and immediate allocation of resources, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place or if cancelled less than [24/48 hours] prior to the scheduled session.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to [24 hours] prior to your scheduled time using the rescheduling link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Lateness & No-Shows: If you are more than [10–15 minutes] late to a scheduled virtual consultation without prior notice, the session may be forfeited without a refund.
